How Zastria works
Get matched
In a ladder, a team challenges the team above it and has 48 hours to accept or decline. In a Long Americano, Zastria draws the week's partners and matches.
Agree a time
All four players pick the times they are free in the app, and it shows the times that work for everyone.
Play and log
One player enters the score. The other team confirms it.
The table moves
The ranking updates straight away, and everyone sees it.

Free for every player, always. Every club gets six weeks free, then pays one flat monthly price. All prices are in rand, and no VAT is added.

The six weeks start when your first challenge or round starts, not when you sign up. Two leagues are included, in any mix of ladders and Long Americanos.

Both prices are locked for 12 months of billing. The 12 months start when billing starts, so your free weeks do not use them up.

Any two leagues: men's, women's or mixed, ladder or Long Americano. Players pay nothing.
A league is a ladder of up to 20 teams or a Long Americano of up to 24 players. A division is its own league. A third league or more is charged from the day you create it, including during the free weeks. Start playing before 1 January 2027 and your six weeks still start on 1 January.

What the app keeps
- Name and a 4-digit PIN to sign in.
- Email. Club admins can see it. Other players cannot.
- Padel details: rating, men's or ladies' category, preferred side and hand.
- What they do in the app: times they are free, match chats and scores.
- A notification token, only if the player turns notifications on.
What it does not do
- No adverts and no tracking or analytics tools.
- No payments. The app takes no money and holds no card details.
- No location, contacts or photos.
Players can delete their own account inside the app at any time. The database is hosted by Google in Johannesburg. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Does Zastria replace Playtomic or our bookings?
No. Zastria only runs your leagues. Keep booking courts wherever you book today.
What does it cost?
Every club gets six weeks free, starting when your first challenge or round starts. After that, the first 10 clubs pay R999 a month for any two leagues and R350 for each extra league, locked for 12 months of billing. Every other club pays R1,499 a month and R499 for each extra league. Players never pay, and no VAT is added.
What happens after the six free weeks?
You choose to continue and we invoice you monthly. If you decide not to, nothing is deleted, your players' results stay, and we talk it through with you before anything is switched off.
Do players pay?
No. Zastria is free for every player.
What do players need?
A phone. They open the link, pick their name and set a 4-digit PIN. They can add it to their home screen like an app.
